There’s something to be said about a career where you can make such an impact in a client’s life that you become more than just a service provider but a friend who would continue to witness and capture the next stage in their lives.
This is so true with Ashley and Joel! We had a wonderful time at their wedding and after having been privileged to capture such an occasion, they brought me on board again, as they were now in the next phase of their marriage: family life. I was so overjoyed to hear the news; as well as to find out that I would see them again for their maternity session. Because we had spent a good amount of time with each other on the engagement session and the wedding day, dropping by their house for this session was like old friends reuniting and catching up. Their beautiful home had already been prepared for Baby to see the family history of love with wonderful captured moments displayed on the walls.
Not to be outdone, you will see a picture below of Ashley and Joel holding photos of themselves when they were babies, side-by-side, with each other’s parents who were nominated as godparents! How cool of a blessing that is?! Their lives were already written to be destined for one another since day 1.
